Zero is not a leader that is the issue ...players don’t respect him therefore they play under their terms for example are ALL these players “hurt” or are they “injured” ? I played at a high level I remember allot of being hurt but we loved our school, fans , coach and most importantly each other so we played hurt ...Zero has fostered this selfish complacency and for that he should be held accountable
