This has to be said about our team and fan base

I know there are several threads on the subject but it has to be said: no one doubts Alabama is a great team and that we are big underdogs in this game but they are not invincible and we aren’t the worst team in the country. We have the talent to beat them but we must play our best game of the year.
Mostly, we need to get our fan base back to where we used to be before the last 10 years and get behind our Tigers. We need to stop playing the defeated victim role. No one gets excited over pity. So quit your crybaby whining, pull up your big boy pants, and start acting like LSU Tiger fans again!

We, as a fan base, have a right to have the "we'll believe it when we see it" mindset, when it comes to beating bama; especially after 6 losses in a row.

Just because I’m realistic and don’t think we have a very good chance of beating bama doesn’t mean I’m not a fan. I’ll be pulling for them win or lose but stop bitching because everyone else isn’t a sunshine pumper

It's important that LSU fans invade Tuscaloosa and make Bama fans miserable.
Don't bother the good Bama folks, but make sure the Updykes of the world walk away from the game feeling blistering mad that LSU fans had the audacity to raise such a ruckus, win or lose.
Act like you're gonna whoop that arse. Drink like your gonna burn that motherfricker down, and party like you're better than they are. Win or lose.

We are Louisianians, used to not being the best at anything. We would rather be underdogs. I’ve come to embrace that.

It’s okay to be realistic. Our deficiencies are bamas strength. They are more physical on both lines and deeper. We are 1 dimensional. I will still cheer like crazy but I’m really hoping we don’t get embarrassed more than anything.

If our front 5 can block their front 4 we have a chance. I've seen improvement over the past 3 weeks, but not enough to convince me that they can handle bama. Our defense has shown that it will do it's part just like last year. I'm curious to see how the young pups on the offensive line step up.
