Les Miles will be the next Michigan coach, per ESPN.

Right now, they have no clue whether the storm is going east of baton rouge or west of baton rouge, maybe they should wait to find that out first.

Moving the game from 4-7 PM up to 11 AM - 2 PM or 2-5 PM will be less hot?

Sorry, I was silently factoring in my waiting in the student line, lol :D

Well, I'm not your English teacher, but you sure need one. JFYI, "hear" refers to audible sound whereas "here" refers to location.

They don't have the luxury of waiting anymore. Katrina has determined the quickness of their actions more than anything.

Obviously you didn't watch the news post Katrina/Rita. Didn't you know that every event that unfolded was solely the governments fault? George Bush actually ushered up the winds that created the hurricanes. Then, Congress declared that the people of Louisiana could not leave their homes until less than 24 hours before landfall. Then, the Senate declared that all bus drivers must leave the buses stranded in parking lots. Following that, Nagin stated that no one would leave New Orleans. "We will melt together."

Actually, Good should be capitilized because it is the first word of a sentence. God and English should be as well since they are proper nouns. Your statement is an interrogative one, so it should end with a question mark.

What if he isn't talking about the One true God? Maybe he's referencing some random god that is worshipped in a jungle by eating children's brains. Wouldn't that qualify it as a lower case god?

There should also be a comma after God. Is that correct?

Well, he said "good god". To me, the only "good god" is The Almighty Father who should be referred to as God.

FWIW, I'm kidding.

Although I do believe in only one God, I'm not a religious freak as that sounded. I was merely trying to be a smart arse in the first post b/c he said he couldn't care less about the Saints.

Additionally, the statement is incorrect because no one on this board 'talks' about sports, we're writing about sports.

I didn't take it as you being a religious freak. I too believe in only one, true God. And, I was trying to be an arse.

You don't have to apologize for your beliefs, they are yours and are not susceptible to criticism. Never feel the need to qualify your beliefs, atheists don't.

Back to the subject at hand: yes he could have used the lower case for God.
