Florida would have to lose to FSU and Alabama.

Not a chance this side of eternity- we are going bowling at one of the bowls no one can remember - we would be lucky to play in the citrus but will probably get Houston or Memphis or Podunk Iowa

It's not a choice.
If the SEC Champion is selected to participate in the four-team playoff, then the next highest ranked SEC team in the CFP Selection Committee Rankings will represent the SEC in the Sugar Bowl.

Not really. If they lose to just Bama I still think the Sugar would take LSU...LSU vs. Baylor would be a hell of a game.. A ratings winner and a big sellout.... FLA vs. Baylor would be boring as shite....

In your scenario maybe. But I don't see us winning out or Florida losing both games. If UF's only loss is to Bama in the SEC Championship game they will go.
Now if the football gods smile on us and UF beats Bama that would be glorious. Then Bama goes to Sugar and they get trucked by someone.

The highest ranked SEC team not in the playoff will be in the Sugar Bowl this year.
They don't get to make a choice based on potential TV ratings, etc.
