I'll start, "I didn't have the team ready to play".

I iced that fricker with 3 seconds left, before he entered the field of play.

Sometimes that doesn't bother me if the players made mistakes ... and the Coach is taking the heat rather than throw players under the bus.

I.E. it doesn't bother me if I feel like it's not true.

We're coming. WTF does that mean? Maybe they should quit fricking around and just practice football.

Why?

The coach was taking responsibility for the team's play, most coaches do that.

he took the blame. what else did you want him to do? not take it?

Mett put a lot of blame on himself but what miles does is try ad deflect that to him. By saying we were too aggressive i could have asked zach to throw the intermediate pass. Hes doing what a good coach does. Not throwing anyone under the bus but himself.

Would you prefer if he deflected blame by saying Zach played like an idiot?

Ideally you should never hear it said, because it should never be true. But if it's true, I guess I'm fine with the coach admitting it.

He should've said "Zach played like I managed the clock."

It wasn't all Mett's fault. He had a good 2nd half after all the problems in the 1st half. The third interception I blame on the staff for even calling it (the deep pass) when he was having an issue with under throwing. The D could have given us the ball back, but they kept getting beat on 3rd downs... We had more than just one issue.
