Bulletin board material? Noooooo.. Mack Wilson is a very friendly person .. no bulletin board material was needed when he tried to depcaicate the A&M player.

From what I understand, the volume of calls bricked Tebow's phone. It was constant, for a week.

Didn't know that. I vaguely remember hearing about some good natured attention he got from LSU fans though.

I think at 3am the host committee should welcome Alabama to tuacloosa west with a time honored tradition Of a soft deep sleep Version of Neck. The Tuscaloosa West Alumni Band Will Welcome the Crimson tide to their western Compound.

Isn't it usually the crown plaza on college? Either way, we need eyes on both to spot the busses. To look out for their safety.

Unless the visiting teams changed places in the last 6 years or so the CP on Constitution is where they stay. 2nd floor, with two state police officers sitting at a table at all times as soon as you get off the elevator. I think they catered off-site and brought the food in to the ballroom instead of eating from the kitchen.

As they should. Sadly, there are those among us who are rapscallions, scallywags and knaves. I have even heard that in years past disreputable hotel employees would cooperate with outside conspirators in mischief and hijinks. It’s very disheartening to imagine a world where Tiger fans could behave in such an unconscionable manner. I plan on saying numerous Hail Marys after just hearing these scandalous accounts.

Barney, after perusing the SEC Rant, and reading the many comments of Alabama fans I am very much relieved to hear that a negative environment for the Alabama football team no longer exists. In fact, many of them now refer to Baton Rouge as “ Tuscaloosa West” and claim it feels just like home

Though it is tempting to feel like our job is done, we cannot rest on our laurels, lest the more unsavory faction of our fanbase try to ruin this. We need to do everything in our power to make sure Alabama, its team, and its fans feel as safe and welcome as possible.

In fact, if anyone were able to provide me with Alabama's staring quarterback's phone number, I will be able to call him personally, with all the best intentions in the world, to let him know that we will make sure his stay in Baton Rouge is a calm and peaceful one.

Nothing wrong with a front desk delivery of some Coke addressed to Tua and some anonymous tip to state police.

We can all breathe easy knowing Baton Rouge animal control would respond immediately if a skunk somehow wandered into the hotel. Those people are brave public servants and we all owe them a debt of gratitude for keeping the skunk population in check so that those enjoying their “ second home” in Baton Rouge can enjoy a restful stay.

And people would ring player’s rooms and set off the fire alarm at 4 am and set off stink bombs in the air vents the night before games. And other disreputable and unseemly acts of poor sportsmanship that shock the conscience. Thank God we aren’t savage like that anymore, right ? That was absolutely disrespectful and a bad reflection on everything we believe in. Thank God that kind of thing never occurs anymore. I know I feel better.

I'll start gathering a list of disreputable folks that we will forward to the proper authorities to ensure full safety for all involved. They should devote all of their efforts to keeping this list of people away from the opponents hotel. That way, hotel employees can do the job they are paid to do and keep the hotel quiet so the young lads can get their proper sleep.
