You guys are going to be in for a big surprise in regards to our offense. Last year was a pretty freak situation with offensive line depletion due to injuries and replacing 3 WR's that were drafted into the NFL with a bunch of freshmen. As I have said on other threads our D will be less than advertised and our O is going to be much more. Laugh now, bare witness on the 4th.

i thought i heard something about the UNC QB being out for this game with an injury. any truth to this ?

no truth to that. Yates has been having a great camp. Before he got hurt in the 4th game of the season 2 years ago he was playing lights out, and was one of the top overall rated QB's in the country through week 4. He never really got his mojo back when he returned late that season and then it carried into last year with our disatrous O-line.
Our O-line should be leaps and bounds above last year, our Wr's are more experienced, and we have 3 SR RB's that are all healthy and poised for a good season. None of them are all-world but together they should provide for a very solid rushing attack.
I do not expect Greg Little to play and that will hurt, but we should be able to overcome it. Our TE Pianalto will be our horse in the receiving game, Erik Highsmith will be a good posssion type guy, and J Boyd will stretch the field with blazing speed. Dwight Jones was a 5 star top WR 3 years ago who people say has finally had the light come on this camp. Im still dubious of that but he could be a wildcard.

It won't matter as long as you start the same QB that started last year
