Alabama wins, and they get the BCS crystal. LSU can have whatever is left they want to claim. AP, SEC, etc.
Still only think it's a shot in hell that LSU walks away with the AP though.

Lots of LSU fans still had a hard-on for Nick Saban, and credited the 2007 NC to Nick Saban.
I remember towards the end of '09 some guy looked over and said "do you ever wish we would lose sometimes so we can go ahead and get rid of miles?"
I know of some LSU fans that said this too
last year we were 8-0 and pathetic "fans" were calling for his head.
I won't lie, after Ole Miss in 09 and UT in 10 I made some very unkind statments toward Les
Many LSU fans said the same thing, wasnt just gumps.
i remember this.....except i remember it coming from alot idiot LSU fans on this board

DiNardo started this upper trajectory. Remember he beat Little Nicky in the Independence Bowl. It allowed the LSU folks to see Little Nicky up close. Bring LN to LSU took it to another level. I hate bama, always have, always will. I do not like LN because he is the coach there. CLM has not only maintained the rise but lifted it higher. This is a great time to be a Tiger.

We aint Claiming SEC champs....WE ARE THE SEC champs.
No one here is expecting any bama fan not to "Claim" that yall are the champs if you win....in fact ...many of us know you folks will claim to be champs even if you lose.

You know there are some LSU "fans " that think JJ sucks as a qb? Well, there were FAR MORE LSU FANS THAT QUESTIONED MILES IN 07. So don't act like it was jut other teams. For 08 and 09 and up until we beat Bama in 10 there were daily threads about how lucky Milea is and when will it run out!

You'll have the trophy no doubt. But what the public opinion considers the "best SEC" team? That's going to be up for debate if Alabama wins. You're going to see a lot of talking heads saying Alabama was the "true SEC Champion" considering they won the NC.

And thats really the best bama can hope for If they win. Becuase of the BAMA loss 9-6 at home. LSU more wins and 1-1 vs. bama.
The same debate about who is actually be the best (Relative to a National Championship) will also take place if bama wins.
We already got the SEC
