I understand everyone feeling confident that we're going to beat Bama, and Bama feeling like they are the better team as well. However, the truth of the matter is that anyone who expects anything other than a down to the wire deathmatch is being ignorant. There is no legitimate reason to think that either team will be able to create seperation from the other...LSU was fortunate last game for the clip on the pick return and the big play by Reid. Bama was fortunate that Lee didn't show up...We shall see who will win, but what we know for sure is that it will be close.

Yeah - in the first half.

Them Tigahs gonna break loose in the second tho.

LSU by 14 (or more).

Yeah, that's what we hope every superbowl is like also.

This is a game that could have seperation in it

good or bad for LSU...

Big games a lot of times have big plays that open the game for good

The truth is they can't beat us. Superior talent, intensity, resume, home state and coaching. Saban is just not in CLM's class.

Also, Tromboune Shorty and the O.A.B just performed one of the best national anthems ever.

I honestly believe we pull away late and win by 10-14. Bama threw the house and us last time and we really didn't show much. JJ has had more time so he should pass better...Hilliard and Blue have emerged...HB7 is back to form. I just think we're much deeper and more talented than them and it'll show come the 4th quarter.

It'll be a close game. Everyone here is too geeked up to realize it. It'll come down to the end and who makes the big mistake. I could see either team winning

It would actually surprise if LSU jumped out to a good start.

LSU under miles after bye or season opener or in bowl is 17-2, avg margin of victory is 14 points. Toss the '08 Florida game (51-21 loss) and it's 17 points. The only other such loss is the penn state slop fest in the '09 capital one bowl.

We are gonna stomp em Monday night.

I wonder what the odds are that the game will go into OT.
They say you can bet on anything in Vegas.

You're probably right, but I like our chances a whole lot. We'll be ready to play that's for sure and that's all we can ask for. Be ready; play with intensity (of which that is not a doubt)and play with the pride that the LSU embodies....we'll be just fine.

You're a fool if you actually believe this.
