The Strange Bi-Polarism of LLesU

Les is two things. He is a very likeable good guy, family man, sincere lover of life and people. But he is also a very stubborn, bull headed coach who refuses to change his ways or admit he is wrong.
The first one would be my best friend if he lived next door and I would love to sit and have a nice talk over a beer. The second has me tearing my hair out by the roots and screaming at the television.
The first is the one that got the ovations from the fans at the game and the ride on his players shoulders. The second is the one whose team comes out on the field and doesn't look like they know what to do. It is the one with time management problems (we got a delay of game on a kickoff for the sake of all that is holy), who has the most predictable offense in the country and who always plays not to lose once he gets the lead.
Les's concept of the way to win a game requires great players at every position, no turnovers, great defense and a ball control offense. When it works it is wonderful to behold. When it does not it is pathetic and we get dominated and humiliated.
The problem with LSU's offense and quarterbacks isn't that we don't ever throw a pass. It is that the quarterbacks play with fear knowing that if they throw an interception (one of those turnovers) they will be in Les's doghouse forever. I really believe that our quarterbacks are more worried about throwing an interception than making a completion. You have to have a coach who has confidence in you before you can have confidence in yourself.
The first Les is the one with the funny stumbling speech mannerisms, who doesn't take himself seriously, who eats grass and actually ran to the wrong side of the field once.
The second is the one who doesn't take a timeout with time running out to kick a winning field goal but somehow completes the winning pass into the end zone instead. He is the one who takes a timeout with one second left in a half to rally his team to block a punt that the other team doesn't have to kick.
Well I could go on and on but you all have seen the same thing over and over again. Will we see the same bi-polar Les next year or will he truly see the light and change?

Looks to me CAM will stay and finally be given the Keys to the offense.

He looked and acted like he was on a sedative last night.
