This is wrong. The arena (not a gym, an arena) is what the fans make of it. When the crowd gets into it, it can be pretty damn loud and intimidating. We as fans need to make the PMAC intimidating for other teams, it’s not the arena. For most of the game the LSU fans were on their arse and not making any noise. BUT when it got loud in there, it was electric.

The PMAC definitely can use some upgrades such as premium seating, but if the fans start making some noise the atmosphere will be there regardless. I’m frickin pumped for some LSU BASKETBALL under WILL WADE the GOAT

It was a good crowd because 35% were ULL fans.

The LSU crowd besides the student section was pretty weak. The student section was lit tonight.

Honestly, you can be playing in the biggest piece of shite ever, but if your team is awesome, the fans will come and make a lot of noise.

Well yeah, but it could be SO much better with massive renovations, so I've always argued instead of razing it and building the inside from the ground up it'd be better to just start over... You still feel far as hell away from the court in the current set up.

With the money they just put into that new video board, there’s no way a brand new arena is even an option though. It needs some work but it’s all pretty irrelevant as far as atmosphere is conferenced. That’s on the fans

I'm not on team new arena or team keep the PMAC, but I imagine it wouldn't be hard to move the video board to a new arena.

You act like they couldn't pull down that board and put it in the new arena... Do you think it just magically appeared in the PMAC in a puff of smoke?

I suppose. But I don’t think they’d be improving this one like that if there was a plan for a new one.

Dude you have issues. You come off as the autistic fan that is unable to focus on anything other than attendance

If you aren’t trolling then I genuinely feel bad for you

Leave the PMAC alone and start winning more games and it will packed for every home game. I saw it in 1981 and 2006. Great teams have great fans but the fans WILL NOT COME until the team starts winning. The team has to create the buzz.

Well then let’s just expect the players to do it all for empty seats. This team has played hard this year. They’re not the most gifted team, but frick if they deserve to play @ home with no shows because they haven’t won enough. Get the frick out of here with that nonsense.

Sure, let's just fall behind in the arena front and see how long Will Wade stays here... He wants a new arena or MASSIVE renovations, and I bet the administration will do whatever it takes to keep him happy

And based on how packed the "premium seating" gets at the Box, they need to put said seating at the top of the PMAC to allow the passionate fans to sit down low.

7,000 fans total. 52% full. I feel more fans could've showed up. I know it's in the middle of the week but it was our last home game and its March and in a post season tournament.

You mean the band? Because then I might halfway agree.

Can they pull down the practice facility they just built and move that too?

If I'm the guy that put it up and Joe Alleva is asking, then I think we both know you are wrong.

No, but you could definitely move the T&F stadium and build a new arena right there and still connect it to the practice facility if they decided to go that route... I'm sure they want to just upgrade the PMAC, but if they want to do it right it's going to be a lengthy process and is going to be tough with all the other shite that happens there when it's not hoops season

So then where do they put Bernie Moore?
