513 row 1. Tiger Terrace is the best seats in the house in my opinion. Inside the lower bowl has a better atmosphere but the terrace offers a damn good view (close to that of the higher rows in the lower) and has an elevator woth concession/restrooms that can handle more than 4 people at a time.

WBL1 Row 4. Never sat in this area before so it will be new. to us. I couldnt find a straight answer when I checked yesterday but I'm pretty sure this section does not go as low as the sideline sections so our row 4 should be equal to about row 10 of the rest of the bowl. Can any one confirm this or am I completely wrong here?
We were going to just get cheap tix in the 6xx seats but I was on my phone and it wouldn't let me pick any seats, it picked for me and I tried 4 different times and each time I got the same seats up high in sec 618 and I didn't want that so I decided to move to the endzone. I could of got sideline tix but I wanted to try a different view point for once. Hope these are good seats.
So if I don't like these seats and people start leaving at halftime (if its not close) is it frowned upon to change seats that are not "mine"? I usually sit at the 35yd line so I get decent seats already but I just want to try different view points from the stadium.

Confirmed, you are correct. Right above one th little tunnels. I'm in EBL row 3 which is above SCAR tunnel.
