Came to LSU because it was “cool”. We were the 15-0 team that danced and had fun. They wanted that for themselves, they didn’t have any interest in representing LSU. Notice how none of the Louisiana and Mississippi kids have left… They grew up wanting to go here and have pride in wearing the uniform. That’s who I would target if I was running LSU because it was those kind of guys that built this program into what it is. Just my 2 cents

Been telling people this all year. It’s very apparent who wants to represent LSU and who just came because we were good.

Id build my OL like Bama does first wherever they may come from then worry about the rest. Have an NFL line and decent playmakers take care of the rest

The #1 player in Mississippi that was arguably our best WR behind Boutte (who’s also heavily rumored to leaving) Deion Smith, is in the transfer portal after 1 season.

Deion Smith has talent to be very good, but I was always pretty surprised he signed with LSU after all of the Ole Miss smoke near the end.

Well if you want me to change my tune I will if Boutte leaves for Bama. My point is look at our NC rosters that are littered with local players. LSU should have never went away from that

O was trying to turn LSU into the IMG Academy of the SEC. All about the next step to the NFL instead of focusing on the program as a whole

Let's not crap all over Max and throw him into the same list as arik and Eli. Max doesn't seem to be like them. Max is a probably a solid person; he did the best he could. Arik and Eli did not do the best they could.
