Always feels good to get that first one. FSU was just better than we expected.

UCLA was the toughest for me and the real initial evidence of Coach Os complacency and ultimate demise.

And our defense may be the already broken wet paper bag. Terrible in the trenches just grabbing bodies and praying right now.

Quick google search or trip to FSU's schedule on ESPN would have done wonders for you before posting this.

Evidently he is unaware of the punt returner, Branch, who averaged a lot more than 8 yards per return.
20.8 and a TD for the season.
There were a bunch of others who were over 8. Wester, who transferred to Colorado, averaged 19.9 with a TD. Xavier Worthy averaged 16.1 with a TD.
But, the punt return game is now being discounted for the most part.

FSU only had game prior to LSU two years ago; not last year.

I don’t know. Miss St was pretty bad too.

I was so used to LSU winning the season opener it just felt automatic. VT in 2002 and Wisconsin in 2016 seemed likes outliers. Now we are on a 4 game losing streak and it feels so bleak.

100% - I was just referencing home openers

That MSU game was atrocious. Just send a guy deep down the right hand sideline and 'touchdown'. We couldn't stop anything.

USC will be by far the weakest opponent we’ve played in a while also.

IDK if the kid is legit, but USC backup QB threw 6TDs in the bowl game.

They haven't seemed so broken in the practice reports.

I really hope CBK has this team more prepared going into the first game. That has to be a big focus, right?
