In situations like this where it is constant fouling. It is miserable. Intentional fouls should be called more.

its kind of sad when u know the other team is gonna come back--u know we will miss free throws..u know we will keep colapsing and play bad d... u know for a fact its coming ---then it does, and it continues...nothing will change and we continue to do unimaginably pathetic things over and over to let it happen...i would bet thousands florida was gonna come back and everything we did would be horrible along the way

They need to make the following changes:
1. Maximum of 2 timeouts per half.
2. No substitutions after made free throws.
3. Move 3-point line to NBA distance.

Intentional fouls, or fouls before the clock starts, should enable a team to put their best free throw shooter on the line.

The last 30 seconds lasted a good 30+ mins.

The way the Florida coach commands the
game is very similar to Mainieri - tries to outwork the opponent

And it doesn't help when our defense keeps committing ignorant fouls.

This rule immediately fixed the issues in the NBA.

And when we go into a stall offense with so much time left on the clock. Throwing the ball around on the perimeter until only 10 seconds are left and then taking forced shots is not the way to close out the game.

I've actually sent in suggested rule changes to the NCAA Rules Committee.

The biggest problem is the fouling and constant substitutions during the last few minutes. It grinds a fast-paced, fluid game to a halt. It's awful.

Suggestions:
1. 2 timeouts per half. If taken during the last 2 minutes, it's only 30 seconds.
2. Drastically limit substitutions during the last two minutes.
3. Make it an extra penalty (such as an extra free throw, or free throws plus possession) for off-ball fouls, or fouls in the backcourt, during the last two minutes.
4. Limit number of total fouls during the last two minutes. Anything beyond that, impose an extra penalty (such as an extra free throw, or free throws plus possession, etc.)

We need to do something to get us away from the constant fouling at the end of games. It makes the game unwatchable.

This.

It's one thing that our weakness at the line sets us up for this type of finish but to go down and foul on defense, late in the game when we're up. That's absurd. It even looks like it's by design - like they're coached to do it. There's definitely no one calling anyone out for stupidity. Can just imagine what a coach like Bobby Knight would do....

I agree 100%.The last 2 minutes at half time and end of game needs changing. All these intentional fouls are killing the game and dragging it out.Make these fouls a 2 shot foul and possesion.
