You can vote as many times as you want:
1) Select "private browsing" in your browser
2) Navigate to the link (copy/paste worked best for me)
3) Vote
4) Unselect "private browsing"
Rinse and repeat.

I did this a few times, but noticed that the vote total for TM7 didn't change even though it let me vote?

It updates every minute or so... no guarantee that it isn't throwing out duplicates, but I suspect that they wouldn't put the selection limitation if they were already doing that.
