I just listened to the podcast of Bobby's interview and I don't see what people are so upset over. It wasn't that bad of an interview IMO. I appreciated and agreed with everyting he said.

I love how everybody wants to chuck Les onto the scrap heap for one lousy game. It's not like he lost to UAB or ULM because the NFL would never hire a guy that lost to one of those schools.

No. Most people are mad at Les Miles for putting his ego and pride ahead of doing what is best for the team. What he did Monday night and throughout the season showing favoritism towards that joke of a QB Jefferson is just like a father coaching a T-Ball team and playing his kid over other kids even though he sucks and doesn't deserve playing time.
Miles is an average coach at best. There is absolutely nothing "great" about hi and never was. It must be nice to inherit an already stacked program where recruits flock to you and you get all of the credit.

Idiots callin others idiot is quite ironic! You clowns can protect Miles all you want, people know or any outsider can see the talent LSU has and knows they are underachieving in a game like that. And that falls directly on the coach dumb arse.
Alabama basically you can say only had Trent Richardson as for as being a playmaker, but LSU has better receivers, 4 to 5 talented RB's, solid OLine, do I need to go on? and loses a game bad to a team not as talented, frickin ridiculous. You don't throw the ball downfield one time to R Randle, what the hell are you doing coach Miles?

Denial at its finest. Les Miles was a complete and utter joke at OSU. If Nick Saban had never came here in 2000 then LSU wouldn't be what it is today. Hate him or love him, Saban is the reason why LSU is where they're at today. You can spin it and try to make excuses all you want, but Saban left this program a top 10 elite program where recruits flock to and Les Miles has reaped the benefits of having all these recruits who never would have came here if not for Saban building the program.

I was hoping Miles would go to Michigan in '07 when they won the MNC that they backed in. I wanted LSU to go after Rodriquez and finally have someone to use all that awesome talent they have, too bad.

I never said that, but what people said never stopped the Rant from hearing what it wants. My statement that the NFL wouldn't want him was a comment on the funny way people have of remembering the biggest thing you've done. Whether it's good or bad merely determines HOW they'll remember you.
From 1990 to 1993, the Buffalo Bills had two 13-3 seasons and finished overall 49-15 and won the AFC four times consecutively. Does anyone remember that? No, they remember the Bills getting skullfricked in four straight Superbowls. The good seasons that got them there are forgotten.
At this point, if anyone were considering him, all the good things Les Miles has done would be glaringly overshadowed by what happened Monday. There is no getting past it. If he can do something more impressive then Monday, too, will be forgotten but right now he's branded with it.

Bobby Hebert should be more pissed he could not win a playoff game with the Saints. The Saints defense were loaded when he was there. Those Saints' teams reminds me of LSU all defense and inept quarterbacks.
