the crowd got sparse after halftime....but we were as loud as a packed stadium. it was a great game to be a part of from a fan perspective.

I didn't see too many people leave. It was sparse at gametime...but I thought the very large majority that were there stayed.

thats because hes incorrect. stadium was about 3/4 full once everyone get settled in midway thorugh 1st quarter. crowd really came to life in the 4th.

No, he's right. We started off with a lot empty seats, but many more people on the east side left at halftime. Probably due to the heat more than anything else though.

no doubt it helped...the Auburn bench was in full sun and LSU was in the shade. It was a 10-15 degree difference...this helped us, but wasnt why we won... ultimately the team won the game with effort and the coaches adjustments at half made the difference.

I mentioned this to my old man on Tuesday or Wednesday last week. The situation reminded me of when LSU went to Florida in 2012 and baked in the sun and wore down in the 2nd half while Florida was in the shade.

The crowd was incredibly loud for essentially being just the west side of the stadium in the fourth quarter. The last 2 drives were pretty impressive
