Can't take credit for this because someone else suggested the hypothetical on the Rant earlier yesterday i.e. back to the place where The Great Disaster of 1/9/12 occurred and not allow the other team to cross the 50 yard-line.

That's exactly what happened.

Game was played in Superdome because of Hurricane Harvey
Mike VII introduced in 2017, Mike VI introduced in 2007, result = Ship

Mike VII name before LSU? Harvey.

It all lines up, going to da ship!

Different coaches different teams. There was no curse. Just a Les Miles coached team.

Why do so many fans believe LSU didn't cross the 50?

BYU =/= Gumps and especially not Gumps in BCS title game

And LSU crossed the 50 twice on 1/9.

It's not a curse it's Nick Saban.

Amazing coincidences!

Hurricane Harvey - Tiger named Harvey
Eye of the hurricane - Eye of the tiger
Hurricane landfall August 25 - 2 + 5= 7 (Mike VII)
Harvey is a town in Louisiana
Hurricane Harvey hits Houston - the site of what was supposed to be the first game, turned into a hurricane shelter.
The game is moved to the Superdome, once used as a hurricane shelter.

I have no idea what any of this means.
