The team fed off the energy we put out in 8th and 9th.

That's not the norm for baseball right? I'm not a big baseball fan but I do watch LSU so I honestly do not know if other teams home field actually makes a difference.

good question. imo, the rowdiness of the BOX also helps the other team with their intensity and theiy love playing in that atmosphere. they are top athletes and most of them love the big stage.

over an entire season, I think the Tigers do enjoy a home field advantage but so do other clubs. it's normal.

I agree that State is no stranger to a rowdy atmosphere. State home field is equal in intensity. If not equal at least 1b.

The crowd was awful through the first 7 innings. You could hear a pin drop. Luckily the fans woke up for the bottom of the 8th

The crowd tried to get up plenty of times over the first 2/3 of the game, but rallies kept getting killed.

Exactly. I don't want to relitigate the game, but it's hard to get up after two relatively stupid coaching/baserunning decisions at 3B.

You watch any of the aTm series? I would say they have a home field advantage as well.

The Aggies score and instead of build toward a crescendo, they start playing with their bubble makers.

Nowhere close to what you saw last night in the 8th and T9.

It definitely does. Tonight we should try to get the energy up right from the start so the tigers can get the bats going and put this thing away before it gets started. Gotta take advantage of this momentum
