He seems to realize that empowerment of his assistants is the way to geaux. He cited this as his big change between Ole Miss and USCw.
The question is, how fast can he think in time management situations, and can he really stay our of his assistants business?

How does that work? How will that person know when the offense needs to call a timeout to look at something?
