If LSU beats Ole Miss and Bama, then we go ahead and do the non-conference swap on 11/19. At least we would still have a chance to win the SEC. On top of that, if we did win out, we would have all the goodwill going into the playoff discussions.

If UT has 2 losses and Florida wins out, expect them to say we dragged our feet and it is too late
