Listened to the press conference and nobody held O accountable for the poor offensive showing and E’s gameplan..

You must have missed the part when they asked about the offensive struggles. Ed said they went back to the drawing board yesterday and have some ideas to be more effective. He thinks they tried to shove too much down the players throats (too multiple) and want to simplify. Steve is going back to the UGA game to see where we’ve gone awry.

This is laughable!

So he's saying that Esminger's schemes are too complex for the players to learn? LOL

Not sure what’s funny about that? I was paraphrasing. Is going back to the high water mark versus UGA and determining what went wrong not a good idea?

No, he’s saying that they are running too many formations that aren’t working in an attempt to be too multiple. Jack of all trades, master of none philosophy

It's really not funny. It's pathetic and it shows that they don't have a clue what they're doing.

Is it even possible to simply this offense anymore?

We literally ran the same 5 plays over and over against Arkansas. We need to simplify the offense more??

It’s amazing that after 10 games the offense is still so scattered. They should have had this fitted to the personnel early in the season. Sounds like it’s still round peg square hole.

It sucked then too. But sure I guess I'll take 50% passing and no TDs.
