I can't imagine the pumper vs hater pissing match had LSU lost yesterday. It'll still happen but at a smaller scale now.

Yeah, beating an unranked and now 7-6 TT is great, we didn't close the season 1 - 4.

Meh. We already knew we could plow over teams with terrible defenses. We did that multiple times this year. If the TT game changes something for you, that would be weird.

As to the "smaller scale" line. Well, frankly, I've been watching for a month. It has already been on a smaller scale. Frankly, it appears many people just went into "frick it" mode.

Good. It must be tiring to incessantly trash your supposed favorite team.

We now need to just close out recruiting and keeping most of our juniors. Hopefully Vadal, Debo and Mills are in their ears.

It's a hell of a lot better than losing to them and when was the last time we put up 56 points and 640 yds in a bowl game vs. anyone.

Anyone not enjoying this W is a true "negative" type and must be a real treat to be around.

The fact that you equate Miles with being the "team" is probably a good bit more telling about you than anything else.

Oh, and, it's ought to be tiring to incessantly trash the fans of LSU who don't agree with you given that 90% of them were fans of LSU BEFORE Miles showed up and will be fans of LSU long after Miles is gone.

Just something to think about.

Ah yes, the ole "next year is THE year" argument.
Fact is we beat the worst defense in the nation last night and have up too many points. We we'll go 8-4 next year and play TT in the Texas bowl again. Book it.

Everyone is so thrilled with our recruiting.

Does anyone not recognize that while recruiting ranking is important and great, it is also sort of important that your team have no gaping holes?

You can be ranked highly if you get 3 five star WRS and 3 five star DBs.

And, you should be. But, um, at this point, if we don't land a QB or settle for a project, even if BH turns out awesome, you have to be a wee bit concerned. It means that at best, you get a real QB next year and are either starting a RS freshman after BH leaves or your 2 star project guy.

And that's before you even talk about depth.

And, it's before you talk about DL and LB......or even OL.

And people call me a negatiger. With the talent returning and coaching next year having some semblance like last night, we should be in the Sugar Bowl.

We will be fielding a team devoid of LBers. We STILL don't know what BH will really turn out to be. We can't kick the ball for shite. And, our DL looks very good but lacks any depth to speak of.

I mean, all of the above would be true even if Miles were the greatest coach and Xs Os guy in the history of football.

Accidentally down voted OP. But we needed some positive momentum badly.

Aren't you a never ending ray of sunshine!

I can only imagine your rhetoric if we had won by 3.

Next season is 9 mons away. Why don't we just give our players the benefit of the doubt before writing the season off. 112 wins since 05 seems to imply they have earned that right, but each to our own.
