I think we should certainly be able to have reasonable, educated, mature discussions about the QB play, offensive play calling and coaching. I certainly enjoy it and I think everyone would agree.
I think the annoyance with negatigers is that it goes past putting forth your philosophy for others to see and consider, into different territory of berating the program and imprecating Miles. It just gets too bitter for my liking and perspective gets lost in it. We are in the middle of a difficult but fantastic season, but certainly rebounding on the up-tick since 2008 and I have no reason to doubt that we can't get back to the form of Miles's first 3 years (11-2, 11-2, 12-2). But yes, I have been hoping for a change at OC.
By the way, the difference in this game for our offense, is that Bama was not able to get any pressure on the QB. We know JJ holds onto the ball too long. You will see that a couple of JJ's good throws came as he was getting hit--but with the previous games we played our O-Line was not able to give as much time, so you can consider those successful throws in the Bama game as sacks in previous games.

So like I said, don't let 1 game cloud your judgment.
I chose to let one game cloud my judgment. Thanks though.
