I thought he did a great job not dragging this thing out, but still puzzled by the Pistol Pete approach in negotiations. Hopefully we will get the truth on how it went down, but not holding breath on that!

Do you really think this kind of stuff is just decided by one guy? It's like ya'll think Joe is sitting in his office rolling dice and flipping coins to make decisions.

I think we will learn Alleva had a very short leash, leaving him with very few choices.

I think he aimed high and failed knowing he had a coonass back up plan. There was no search.

That might be an excuse if Alleva hadn't made a similar hire in Jones before F. King. arrived.
