Chad Jones, J. Mitchell, forgot how good even players like Helenihi were. shite that team was loaded with speed,and the place was rocking that night.

How do you not bring over the colored seat pattern to the New Stadium. Massive Frick up, IMHO

They royally screwed up with that stadium. Rosenblatt was magical, and now we are stuck with some bullshite park.

yeah just to bring the colored seats over, to give it that old feel in a modern stadium would have been badass.
This new park is just not for us.

LaBR4---thanks, I needed to see that this morning! Was there with my 2 boys, 8 and 11 yrs old at the time. Shared a picnic table with C Jones mother before game 3. Boys got 2 baseballs signed by every LSU player--magical time at Rosenblatt; they'll never forget it!

So I watched the 2009 video and that led me to the 200 video vs Stanford.
I don't think I ever noticed this before and not sure how I recognized him this time but I saw Ryan Oneal in the stands right where Whitten's HR went. He was a trip on and off the field.

he was a beast on kick off coverage.
I watched some other years too. Stanford has been really quiet lately. They've almost fallen off, not sure if they even made a Regional this year.
