Tell you what I like most about Mulkey

She is a ball of energy that infects everyone in the room. It’s easy to see how she inspired so many young people to excel to greatness. I’m sure there’s plenty of X’s and O’s that she has in all of that, but the biggest intangible that’s plain as day to me is her ability to bring enthusiasm and energy on command. Hell, I’m ready to jump through a wall.
I love people who bring that kind of energy and enthusiasm (enthios) with them. Good things always seem to follow high energy and positive people with goals in life. They achieve.

I definitely agree with this take. I don’t (or at least haven’t) given a rat’s arse about WBB, but I could get excited with her around.

Until today I gave zero fricks about women’s basketball. I will be attending a women’s basketball game this year for the first time.

I think coach Mulkey is the prettiest woman at LSU ! She is a beautiful secure woman who is full of confidence. I love her attitude. I’m ready to support the lady tigers even though my work schedule will keep me from attending most games.

-her track record of winning championships will draw recruits
Her history and being a proud Louisianan puts a big cherry on top of all of this. This hire does a lot more than just putting WBB back on the map IMO

This is quite the change from Nikki Fargas. LSU womens basketball bout to dominate on the national scene. She is a great person and leader. LSU is lucky to have her.

She is that certain something that inspires people and makes them want to be around her.

Whats refreshing is that we won't have to read threads about running her out of town for several years. We won't be reading her name on the coach change board.
