Still in school, but even around campus last year you got the feeling the players were out there for themselves and while I think he is a great guy and truly loves the university, there are things that are missing to build a "program". Even with all the talent last year, the PMAC would be quiet and the students do not care or even know about the team. I think CJJ would be an amazing Chair 1 but not HC.

Not even sure he would be a good chair one guy. He was that Dale's last four years and those were disasterous.
He is a good guy though. I think maybe that's part of it. He really seems to have trouble holding players accountable, I've thought so since year 1. And when players get ahold of that they start pushing the envelope and it festers until you saw what you did last year. Complete disrespect.
