Team takes on persona of coach

Case in point: kicker kicks off out of bounds, heads to sidelines, and gets a pat on the back and an "it's ok" from BDP. No fire, no accountability, no arse chew, just a warm friendly "get em next time." We have another four or so losses and it'll all be over for Les.
