Tailgating for game in Nola

Is there an area near dome to park and tailgate with a tent, BBQ grill, and table. Never been to the dome for a game, normally just to home games and tailgate in the grass at the Parker coliseum.

What is normal Tiger tailgating fare? Is it mostly Cajun, or a bit of this and that? Never been to an LSU game before, and won't due to venue change, but still jealous of all being able to make it down there.

Normally people do a lot of barbecuing and slow cooking, sprinkle in some jambalaya and you've pretty much got the food covered
