Tailgating at Reliant (NRG) for LSU v Wisky

I don't get on this board much, so excuse me and disregard this if it has been brought up before; since the game is about a month away I know many of yall are making plans to come to Houston for the game, even if you are not actually going to the game. Being from Houston, let me remind yall, you CANNOT TAILGATE at the stadium unless you have a game ticket and parking for that lot. Meaning no parking a mile away and meeting up with your friends who do have tickets. Now I do know you can buy tailgating tickets, but I'm not exactly sure where or how. This LINK has more info on the subject, but I just wanted to make sure my fellow tigers weren't unprepared. Again, if this has already been brought to attention, I apologize. Just want to make sure nobody gets caught with their d!k in their hands

Got my Platinum Lot parking passes in the mail today! 5 hours of tailgating, instead of 4! 28 and 1/4 days til kick off.......

Have a ticket and taking the rail down to the game. I guess I'll just drink and eat at random peoples tailgates. I'll be the grown man in the Kevin Faulk Walmart jersey and camo cargos. Say hi and flag me over when you see me.

Any idea what the case is for people with tickets at will call? Can I take the train in and tailgate?

As far as I know you would need to go get your game ticket from will call, then you can go to whichever lot you want/need to. Game ticket or tailgate ticket is basiccally your pass into a parking lot(if you're not driving and have a pass for that lot already)

Friday night party is at StEreo Live....Travis MAtte is playing. it is on Richmond west of the Galleria near Hillcroft..I came over to Houston this weekend tailgating is going to be terrible the fences around the lots blocked off all grassy areas there's hardly any where to set up a tent or table or pit..... The best you can do is open the hatch back on your car and drink beer out the back
