I see that you are in Gloucester, VA. I'm sorry (lived in newport news for 6 months before moving to DC).
Two options I think (we are going up from DC in an RV):
1) RVs from visiting teams normally park in the coliseum parking lot
2) Koontz Ave. and University Ave at the WVU University Services Center is supposedly and LSU Alum site set up.

Good. I was hoping that the alumni would set up a tailgate. The one they did in Seattle in 2009 was solid. I saw West Virginia only gave LSU 5,000 tickets and got worried that there would not be a strong LSU presence.

We've got 5 couples that will be making the trip to hte game and are looking to tailgate. We won't have our normal supplies, but would be willing to help you guys cover the costs if we could swing by your place. Easy going group mid-thirties to early forties.

We rented a party bus that will be leaving from Mt. Lebanon the morning of the game... check out www.lsufansinpittsburgh.wordpress.com there are about 15 of us who live in Pittsburgh that get together for all LSU games. We are meeting at the saloon tomorrow night for the Miss. State game.

Coliseum parking lot is where I would suggest coming. If the game is anything like the Va Tech game years back, LSU will completely take over this area of campus with RV's and everyting else.
Also, some more info....SHuttle will take you to/from the RV lots for $4 round trip. There is 24 hour security and supposedly stores/shops right by the lot. THis is from the WVU Athletics department when we called them this week.
Can't look past Moo State though....First things first!!!

The wife and I will be driving to Morgantown from Pitt Saturday. Will there be any designated LSU bars to hang out at before the game??
