Looking at my email from last year, there were only 1817 non-renewable parking pass requests and this year that surged to 2359.

This doesn't make much sense to me. The mood seems to be down and we have a horrid home schedule this year. What gives? Did a bunch of renewable parking passes get converted or something?

Some of it depends on spaces available. They moved us a few years ago due to construction and made us nonrenewable, meaning they didnt guarantee we'd get the same spot every year. Now our lot will be available again and we will be renewable. Same parking pass different category.

So if I get one of these nonrenewable passes for the first time this year will I automatically have the opportunity for a pass next year, just maybe in a different lot? Or do I have to go back through the waiting list every year until a normal pass becomes available?

Nothing is guaranteed, ever...but that is how it generally worked. Buy in the lot until it becomes permanent and you get first right of refusal.

I am on the list to get one also. I can only make 2-3 home game this year, is there a demand for parking passes on the secondary market for anything close to face value?

It's about the same either way. The problem is that some people try to get them to sell them on the secondary market to make a few dollars and mess it up from people that are trying to buy certain lots for tailgating.

They will make individual game passes available soon. That's what I did last year. Gonna try and buy the whole season this year.

How much does one have to donate to get a high enough priority point level to get any on campus, non renewable parking? I gave like a $100 on top of my tradition fund for two tickets in south endzone.
