Another pitching collapse. We just do not have enough consistent pitching.

Should have had Hurd start the 5th to see if he could find what he had last year in a big game in a comfortable, but competitive situation.

I didn't understand that. I was driving and didn't get to may too much attention, but pulling him after 2 walks yet he had 4 SO against 7 batters at that point seemed very odd.

Sundays should not be a problem. Last two years been tough to piece enough together for three games.

We still don't have 27-innings worth of quality pitching.
That was compounded by: a) Ack's short stint, b) the implosion by Hurd, and c) having to use Herring in a must win situation in G1.
There's some hope with Little and Moffett and Dutton gave us 2 good innings.
