I have always been a strong supporter of the student section but cant anymore.

A reduction of 3-4K student tickets may weed some of the ones that want to leave in the first quarter. But I'm guessing a student ticket reduction would just eliminate freshman and a few sophmores from getting tickets.

They must implement a new policy that students get reward points for being present in the 4th quarter not just when they walk through the gates

For years I've hated the Greek section ever since I attended every home game as a student. Those self entitled kids were never into the game or there to support the team. They treated it like a social event to hook up with girls or get drunk. Take away half of their seats and make the rest of them first come first serve.

You sound butthurt that you never joined a fraternity and got to enjoy the better seats, get over it baw. For the record, it's the whole student section leaving early not just the greeks. They all suck these days.
I was at LSU from 08-12 and there was rarely a problem with students, greeks/non greeks leaving early. The last few years has been embarrassing and it's just now getting national attention. I'm glad they're all getting called out.

It's a generational problem at the core of it.
And agree to disagree but IMO this is not the millenials, this is the iGeneration (gen z - after year 2000). Yes I'm aware millenials are labeled as 1980-2000 but I would argue the iGeneration starts more around 1995, they were playing with Gameboys, playstations, Xbox's, aol etc. by the time they were 5-6 years old. People born in the early 90's and before then grew up playing outside for fun.
The people in college these days are 100% technology dependent... millenials (myself) are more like 60% dependent. We at least had the attention span to enjoy a full football game
