Everyone acts like they know what’s going on, but unless you’re a player or part of the staff you more than likely have NO clue what is going on. Stop pointing fingers and making assumptions. Not to say that some of these ideas couldn’t or aren’t right, but unless you’re down there watching every move the team and coaches make you probably don’t know. The only constant through our whole down fall has been Alleva, who has saved his skin by hiring will wade.

Stop acting like it's absurd for people to recognize this team lacks leadership from its coach. Anyone with a memory that spans ALLLLL THE WAYYYY back to 2008 knows this is a trademark Orgeron team. Things are going to get way worse before they get better. At least you can recognize Alleva sucks. Do you work in the athletic department? I don't know how else you'd know (following your logic).

I love all the people that say ignore what you are actually seeing with your eyes, you do not know what is wrong.

I do, they suck because they are poorly coached by a staff that is paid more than most people will earn in a lifetime. I do not need to hear anything or be in a locker room to know that...

So I can't point fingers as long as I'm right?

Well, I do know one thing.

To get better in wins BOTH the D and O have to improve. They don't have to improve at the same pace, but because they are obviously contributing to each others failures you can't point to one without including the other.

There is no silver bullet. You can't focus on one side of coaches, D or O.

You lose to a bad State team by 30 and you lose to Troy from the mighty sunbelt who was clearly the better team you deserve to get reminded and ridiculed every day.

I'm not a big O supporter but O is not the one out there dropping passes or fumbling the ball

It's not just people on here seeing there is a major problem with O. Some of the national media has made him a punchline out of him. This is real and it's happening.

It's all O's fault. LSU should never lose that badly to Troy I don't care how down the depth may be

ok, so with this line of thinking, then no coach in history should ever get the blame for losing games bc they're not out there dropping passes, fumbling balls or missing blocks?

cmon man, the buck starts and stops at the head man.

Orgeron himself admitted he has two real strengths: Recruiting and getting his team "ready to play".

Tell me how he's doing in those two areas right now.

If you'd take your finger out of your arse long enough you would be able to see how poorly this team is coached and lacks any discipline or leadership.

I spoke with a reliable source recently. Alleva was first contacted by Wade with interest in the job, don’t give Alleva too much credit for the hire. He probably would have never looked Wades way had he not made contact first. Just FYI

That does sum it up nicely. I'd reverse the order, but still sums it up.

Leadership -> Discipline -> Coaching

The discipline may still be up for debate. If you're talking about off the field... well, the suspensions and transfers MIGHT be CEO instilling some. However, on the field as it relates to performance is not up for debate. It's bad.

Did you just call people out for pointing fingers, while pointing the finger?
