Sad thing is everyone on this board thinks they know how it will all go down and they don't really know anything. No job opening goes without a search. Miles will not be relieved of his duties anytime before Sat and job will not be filled by next week by either Fisher or Kelly.

Plenty of jobs are filled without a search.
