Skip has a stadium named after him. Thats enough.

I think we should honor Dale in some way, not sure if its a statue or not.

It wouldn't even need to be in front of the PMAC...its more of a reflection on the coach/teacher and player/student role that exists in college athletics.
We should have a statue of Pokey Chatman and her favorite players.

I do not understand this statue fetish that so many people have adopted lately.

I'm sure Seimone wouldn't have minded

The coach/mentor - student/athlete bond is really something special.

I was there for the Dale Brown glory years. The problem I and many other had with Dale Brown is that he didn't know when to leave. When Randy Livingston went down, it ended his chance to bring the program back. His ego would not let him leave. He would be so much more revered if he had left a year or two after Shaq.

In essence for the great heights he brought the program to, he left it in worse shape than it was when he came here.

only coaches with championships should get statues.

Serious question....You think Dale needs a statue? What are his accomplishments? Are we really a school who gives statues to someone for getting to a go Fianl 4?

I'm just not sure he should be immortalized with a statue unless it were inside some sort of LSU sports history HOF museum.

Great man, great leader, great recruiter, but that's not statue worthy, IMO.

Kinda wouldn't be against it but wouldn't vote for it.
