Only 24 AB's seems hardly enough. I wonder if this was expected when he was assigned.

I think most LSU baseball fans would be very happy with Kramer hitting singles at a .300 clip in 2016.

I'm not expecting our hitting in 2016 to be anything like last year, especially early in the season. Hard to do that when Fraley is the only returning starter in the lineup. I do expect great things from our pitching staff, because we'll be depending on them a lot to get where we want to be.

Deichmann really got better as the season went on. Ks were down, hits and walks were up. Extra base hits were up. About 35 games into his season, he was hitting below 200.

I wasn't being negative. I was just surprised to see 26 singles out of 27 hits. I figured he'd at least have a few doubles

FWIW, Latz threw again this past weekend. Went 3 innings gave up 2 runs on 3 hits.
