STATE OF THE UNION

i love college sports & Lsu in particular!
the decision made by our president - King Alexander - was bold, right & best for all of college football!
the buy out, the large contract for a new football coach were not good.
just because - big money boosters were going to pony up - it is not good for college sports

running up the cost of doing business is not right!
these are tough times for many
the athletic dept gave the university $10 mil last year - we need to funnel booster money to the university in areas that will help it grow in academics
our three money sports - football, basketball & baseball are & will continue to be great if they stay on the right path.
we do not have to meet these outlandish goals - set by the uneducated. we do not have to win national championships every year. great universities tried & failed - cheating - miami, possibly north carolina
we have waiting lists for two sports for seating
hey cool it!
our luck will change & we will not have to play alabama & beat them twice in one year to win a NC, we can recruit basketball talent, without setting them up with whores!
