I'm not too concerned with the lineup with so many starters returning. I think the seaosn will hinge on whether we ever get a top tier rotation. Coleman is a stud in the pen, but we are almost always trotting out a pitcher not as effective as our opponent and relying on the bats to win the game for us.

I think pitching is a huge concern. Ross and Bradshaw are good but need to improve to be SEC weekend guys. They might have improved since last year we will see.

The key will be Renaldo. He has the tremendous tools to be a stud. Nevertheless, can he do it in real time, and can he do it for several innings. If so, then we can look for him to start on Fridays to try and get that almost automatic win to open the three game weekend series in the SEC.

Ranaudo is definitely one of our better pitchers
but Ross and Bradshaw have improved tenfold, I think Ross more so
I hope Brown will be consistently good this year, he was pretty good last year, but he'd tail off in a game if he got a little angry or upset
The rotation is tough, I'm making a call and saying that Byrd will dominate this season, it's a really really really really really really really long shot, but I'm going to give him a chance

What happened to Ardoin; did he get hurt or did he just struggle?

and yes, he did struggle
I may have missed it in this post, but I noticed no one mentioned pontiff, he could, maybe possibly have a run in at rf this year...maybe...
also I see we have someone named Dozer on the team, a freshman...you don't think his family will yell BULL! DO! ZER! the entire game like that southern miss (I think) guy

Any chance for Austin Nola to get some playing time this year?

I believe so
it'll probably as a sub during mid week blow outs, but he looked pretty good in fall practice
