I was very, very close to picking JaMarcus. But I still believe that, when building a team, you start in the middle of the D-Line.

I wouldn't be mad at a coach that picked JaMarcus first, though. Come to think of it, if you're imagining a competitive draft, there are probably a lot more good DTs to pick from than QBs. So I'd change my vote to JaMarcus.

As for a QB to build around for that time frame I like Rohan Davey!!

LaRon Landry would definitely be a top choice.

I would rather have Matt Flynn at QB.I think Jasper for the kicker.

Well, I will disagree with this pick right now. PP7 would definitely be the kick returner, but I don't think he is one of the best 2 cover corners. Give me Webster and Daniels and maybe even Claibourn (sp?).

Last I checked Lavalais hadn't played since 2007

Hmmm, not me. When it came time to pick DBs, if Peterson is available he's my first pick. He is (imo) the best weapon we've had in our secondary (though Mathieu may be on his way to changing that), and on top of that is one of the two or three best return men we've had in that period (with DD, Skyler Green, and Trindon, imo).
