There is not standing room only in the left field bleachers... It's all behind the grandstand and I believe down the lines

That's the "best available" going through the ticket office right now. I've never seen SRO out there either. Packing it in tonight, I guess.

I don't even know where there would be a good place to stand in LF bleachers without blocking peoples view

It just means the "allotment" of SRO seating in the other areas has sold out. People will fill in where they want to go though.

I've sat out in left field bleachers all season and there isn't a place for SRO that I've ever seen.

What's the chances of finding some seats tonight? At $23 for two SRO tickets, I'll have them if I need them, but I'll definitely be looking for something better...

Finding 2 tickets hours before the game? Not that bad

Finding a 4+ group together? Lol

Dude SRO tickets are all the same. You go through any gate and stand wherever there is a spot. Get there a bit early and get a nice spot in the grandstand.

Right. You can, however, stand on the walkway between the levels down the 3rd baseline.

Only place you can stand in left field in on the ramps going to the bleachers. Only like 4 people could probably fit on each one and the Marshall would be bitching the whole time about you blocking the walkway and fire codes.

I have one ticket in the student section if you don't mind sitting there. I might be able to convince my buddies to send you theirs as well. The three of us have to be in New Orleans tonight but we'll be back tomorrow.

For crowded games a lot of people come to left field with some kind of tickets and the marshalls put out chairs for them on the walkway in front of the bleachers. I'm not sure if they're technically SRO, but that would be my guess.

Never realized that. Do the tickets assign them to a certain section of the walkway or something?

It's like row 0 or 1. There are numbers there. Mikelbr knows more about it.
