Those second level stadium club seats are really high up. Not worth the price IMO.

Plus they have no shade from the sun. They really screwed up the design for the south stadium club. On the west side, every club seat has a cover over it so there is no exposure to the elements. None in the south are covered. The west side also has a wall of glass the entire length of the field where you can sit inside in the a/c and watch. The south has far less glass area to watch from inside. Why they chose to block off with wall board the areas that could be glass I'll never know.

I think it will look a lot better with people walking around up top and sitting in the seats.

Plus you have visiting fans right above you. Imagine trying to watch a game with a bunch of gumps or Arky fans in your ear.

Don't get me wrong I like it I guess, but I feel like Tiger Stadium is losing its identity. It kind of looks like every other stadium now. I know that times do and will change, but it's still kind of sad to see.

Seems like a simple solution would be just to connect then all together, one long outhouse/concession building!

Who else doesn't like the circular windows or whatever they are over the arches? What the hell are those supposed to be? Looks like something that would be on a ship. Dumb. Coulda put letters there spelling something since there would be a large gap between the arches and top of expansion

Or it could be a best of both worlds. Not fully sheltered and can feel like you are a part of the stadium but have premium food and drink.

People don't pay the outrageous prices for club seats so that they can feel part of the game or eat free jambalaya. Club seats are great simply because they have shade protecting them from sun and rain and you have the option to watch the entire game from the seats behind the glass in the a/c when it's sweltering. The south club doesn't offer that.

They're almost done, just getting those clay courts ready.

There's not an "one size fits all" definition for club seating. I've sat in many stadiums where club seating is exposed.
