But if we’re going to let coordinators leave every year than we need a strong HC.
Otherwise O as HC with revolving coordinators is not a recipe for long term success.

We're supposed to have a head coach that coordinators want to work for and a head coach that can manage one side of the ball so we're not reliant on coordinators for both.

we shouldn't have to but because the O is such an inferior coach to his peers the loss of Aranda is a huge blow
