Where is it located vis a vis the old one by the train tracks? Near Bates House or the PE center?

It's a borrowed word, just like sauté, soufflé, détente, and any of the other literally hundreds of French words borrowed by the English language

Yes! My daughter takes hitting lessons from an instructor right behind right field. I walk over sometimes and just look around. Very clean looking facility.

The old one was The Sarge, over by Bates House. The new one is over in the south western corner of the Vista area, next to the river.
