Sometimes I wish Les was a little more like Lumbergh.

We know he is never going to get in a player's face, but at least he could be a little more like, "Hey Odell, how's it going? Do ya think you could maybe think about not taking anymore punts inside the 10? It kind of sets us back. Yeah, that would be greeeeat."

In all seriousness, he needs to say, "Beckham, see the 10 yd. line? Don't step beyond it. If you do, see the sideline? Next time they punt, don't step over it."
