It's almost as if the philosophy is "as long as we have the lead let's just try to coast, don't risk any mistakes and just hang on until the end." However Mile's offense seem to ALWAYS respond when pushed, which makes you as a fan think "see, we know it's there, why does it take having our backs against the wall to see it?"

There's no 'almost' to it, that's his philosophy. And one of the main reasons he drives me nuts as a coach.

I'm used to it

(A) Either LSU plays from behind and the game goes down to the wire, where we usually win

(B) Or we build a lead, sit on it and hold on it for dear life at the end

Fans hate scenario B because it is frustrating. I hate it too but I guess I understand it.

that's his philosophy
3 or 4 straight incompletes, no run lanes, near fumble, PI on WR, and pressure. They were getting beat in trenches and it was the right call to run the clock with a lead.

Other than the fake, I though it was well called.
Even then, it could be conceived LSU was on a roll and might work (couple yards short).
+14 was a good SEC win in funky conditions.
Lighten up.

bullshite...more hallucinations from the "we're so much better than everyone else crowd."

If I had my druthers would smash Auburn by 50

if we had the experienced talent and playmakers like we had in '11 we would smash Auburn by 50. problem is....we don't.

The good news is, we're 4-0 headed into Georgia and the team will be up for that one I assure you.

finally got something right. one for four....fricking weak.
