Have you ever had to meet with a defense attorney? It's always in the client's best interest to fess up to his/her attorney and it's the attorney's job to get them off the hook. IF there is any evidence in Jefferson's case it was talked about in one of their meetings I promise you.

Isn't a grand jury used to kind of "test to waters" for a prosecutors case? To see if there is "enough" evidence to make a full trial.
So, if my understanding is correct, a grand jury would mean their case is weak, right?

I love how everybody acts like lawyer up in here just because they watch CSI and The Lincoln Lawyer...
The main issue here is that this is a huge distraction to those involved... Not the team. If you think this is distracting the team, then you are a gullible idiot.

I don't watch CSI much and have never seen "The Lincoln Lawyer" whatever that is.
I did graduate from LSU law school and I passed the bar. Does that count?
